Clinical Community Lead

As a Clinical Community Lead at Ashlynn Grange Care Home, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management on our clinical community within the home. About Ashlynn Grange Care Home: Ashlynn Grange is an exceptional 153-bed care home in Peterborough. The home prides itself on the surrounding gardens that grow flowers and a variety of different vegetables. The level of care at Ashlynn Grange is exceptional, and all staff love to keep residents entertained with a full programme of activities and live performances on our outdoor stage. Our newly refurbished café is available to our residents and their visitors, serving a variety of fresh tea, coffee and cakes daily., The role of Clinical Community Lead will involve completing clinical audits, safe management of medication and team member supervision. Across everything you do, you'll be a role model for your team and someone our residents and their families can trust to provide a safe, reassuring and happy environment.,

• Take responsibility for pro-actively managing the unit.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration and care planning.
• Monitor the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care through monthly audit of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day.
• Ensure planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy.
  
  Qualified RN/RGN/RMN.
• Minimum of two years' shift leadership and management experience.
• Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.
