The Clinical Care Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing and care services within one of Jewish Cares nursing homes. Working closely with the Registered Manager, the postholder will provide visible clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, person-centred care that promotes dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life. The role combines clinical oversight, staff leadership, governance, and quality improvement, ensuring compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational policies. The Clinical Care Manager will play a key role in supporting colleagues, maintaining excellent clinical standards, and driving continuous improvement across the service, We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as Clinical Care Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinical leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and supporting teams to achieve excellent outcomes for residents. You will provide leadership and guidance to nurses and care staff, oversee assessments, care planning, medication management, risk management, and clinical governance processes, while supporting regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will help create a positive culture of learning, accountability, and person-centred care, while deputising for the Registered Manager when required
