Clinical Administrator

The Clinical Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the clinical operations of a residential care home for older people, coordinating communication with multidisciplinary teams, managing resident admissions and care planning, and providing administrative support to the management team. This role requires strong digital skills alongside experience as a Senior Care Assistant, which provides the necessary grounding and practical understanding of care delivery to carry out these responsibilities effectively and with appropriate clinical insight.
