You'll help coordinate activity across multiple services, ensuring teams are organised, supported and equipped to deliver the highest standards of patient care. Working closely operational managers and clinical teams, you'll oversee service performance, manage resources, support workforce planning and drive improvements that help services run smoothly, efficiently and effectively. The role combines people leadership, operational oversight, service improvement and day-to-day problem solving.
