We are looking for new member of the clinical admin support team to join Responsive Services. Responsive Services brings together the Intermediate Care Team, Virtual Ward, Referral Hub and Urgent Community Response, working across East Surrey to support admission avoidance and timely hospital discharge. You will be based within the Referral Hub, acting as the first point of contact for referrals from hospitals and community partners. Referrals often come in by phone, so you will play a crucial role in gathering vital information and ensuring referrals are passed swiftly to clinicians for triage.,

  • Acting as a professional and reassuring first point of contact for referrers
  • Accurately capturing essential information and directing referrals to clinicians
  • Liaising with internal teams and health and social care partners
  • Helping the team deliver a responsive, efficient service in a fast paced setting
  • Our administration team operates 8am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday. You will work shifts as part of a rota, to ensure consistent service delivery. Why join us?
