Clinic Director

As Clinic Director, you will:

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality patient care
• Hold accountability for clinic performance, including P&L, budgets, and KPIs
• Drive operational efficiency, workforce planning, and resource management
• Lead, coach and develop the clinic leadership team and wider workforce
• Champion patient experience, using feedback and data to drive improvements
• Develop and strengthen referral pathways across NHS, private, and insured channels
• Identify and deliver business growth and commercial opportunities
• Ensure compliance with HFEA, CQC, and all governance and safety standards
• Promote a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and organisational values
