Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Department of Sexual Health based in Cardiff Royal Infirmary. The post holder will work as part of a friendly administration team within the Department., To provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service for a named clinic or any other area within the Department of Sexual Health as directed by the Assistant Departmental Operations Manager or Departmental Operations Manager, maintaining a high standard of clerical duties and overseeing all aspects of the preparation and delivery of the clinic ensuring that departmental deadlines and KPI targets are achieved.
The role is diverse, with each day bringing new challenges.The individual must be reliable and flexible approach to meet the service needs and used to working in a very busy and demanding environment.
The successful post holder will possess excellent organisational skills and awareness of the high level of confidentiality within their day to day responsibilities. They will be able to work calmly under pressure and use their own initiative on daily work tasks, with the ability to meet deadlines., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
