Full Job Description

As a Client Success Manager at SS&C Wealth and Investments Technologies you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their successful adoption, utilization, and satisfaction with our industry-leading investment management solutions. You will build strong relationships, proactively identify client needs, and drive the long-term success of our partnerships.,

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client utilization of SS&C's products and services.
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the successful implementation and adoption of our software solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, assessing their current usage, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting value-add solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, product development, professional services, and support to ensure client issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor client health metrics, identify at-risk accounts, and develop strategies to mitigate churn and drive retention.
  • Educate clients on new product features, updates, and best practices to maximize their return on investment.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the sales team on upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Provide valuable client feedback to product and development teams to inform future product enhancements.
  • Represent SS&C at industry events and client meetings as required.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing role such as Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting within the financial technology (FinTech) or investment management industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment workflows, and/or asset management operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
