Full Job Description
Scope, quote & deliver enhancement projects to existing clients. Lead and manage projects to the required solution, maintaining appropriate documentation and always updating key internal & external stakeholders.,
- Scope and deliver required changes/projects for existing ADP clients (chargeable)
- Consult with clients on required changes to their products and services, producing requirement documentation (where applicable)
- Responsible for managing projects and clients through project governance, update system administration always ensuring project completion deadlines are met
- Implement changes and carry out testing based on the client's requirements
- Present project updates, changes and enhancements to key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Guide clients with best practices and process to enhance their experience of ADP products
- Carry out client visits as required
- Look for opportunities for additional services and project types which Client Solutions can offer
- Work with internal stakeholders in alignment with our UK Service focus areas The job holder will frequently be required to travel to client locations throughout the UK.
- Experience of working with iHCM payroll including good working knowledge of payroll legislation
- Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
- Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks and support colleagues
- Strong client relationship building skills
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence and access to a car for travel
