Full Job Description

You will work for the UK estate agency business in a client services team leader role, working with JLL clients who are based across the world, but predominantly in the UK, the Middle East, China and South-East Asia. The objective is to lead your team in generating instructions for our London sales and lettings agency offices by proactively farming a large database of property owners and investors. The majority of your work will be conducted by telephone from the office, whilst managing and developing your team's performance. The role is commission-based, so you should be a motivated salesperson with leadership capabilities. You will be targeted on the number of instructions that you and your team generate, and the amount of fee income that results from these instructions. What this job involves

  • Targeting property owners currently marketed with other agents
  • Converting new prospective clients who have submitted enquiries
  • Maintaining high standards of client service and ensuring JLL compliance
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve individual and collective targets
  • Leading your team to generate appraisals and instructions from JLL's existing database
  • Managing team performance through regular reviews, motivation and strategic planning
  • Identifying additional London properties owned by clients to grow the database and income stream

    Strong sales skills with a track record of exceeding targets in phone-based roles
  • Positive, proactive attitude with high resilience and ability to motivate others
  • Proven leadership experience within residential property environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of integrity, suitable to the JLL brand
  • Familiarity with the London property market
