Client Services Consultant

About the Role: We're looking for a personable, organised, and proactive Client Services Consultant to join our Residential Agency team. You'll be the first point of contact for sellers and landlords - managing enquiries and ensuring every client receives a smooth, professional experience from first contact through to completion of their transaction. What You'll Do:

• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming client enquiries via phone, email, and other marketing channels Proactively contact our database of clients and work with colleagues from across the CBRE business to identify new business opportunities Onboard new clients including all necessary compliance tasks (ID checks, AML etc where applicable) Liaise with vendors and landlords throughout the sales or letting process Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system Support the progression of sales/lets through to exchange, completion, or move-in Handle client feedback and resolve queries or
complaints promptly and professionally
• Work closely with Managers, Listers and Property Managers to ensure seamless service delivery
  
  What You'll Need: Previous experience in a Client Services / Business Development role in residential agency Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service Proficiency with CRM systems and general IT literacy (MS Office/Google Workspace) Knowledge of property legislation and the sales/lettings process
