Full Job Description

We are looking for a confident and proactive individual with a passion for hospitality, events and service excellence. Working within a premium environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of client service, operational delivery and customer satisfaction while supporting continuous improvement and business growth., Manage the end-to-end delivery of meetings and events, from initial enquiry and proposal through to execution and follow-up.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.

Act as the main point of contact for meeting and event planning, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout.

Lead customer experience and front-of-house service delivery, creating memorable and engaging experiences for visitors and guests.

Promote services and identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, enhance service delivery and support business growth.

Maintain high standards across hospitality, food and beverage services, ensuring quality, professionalism and consistency.

Support compliance, health & safety, food safety and operational standards, ensuring the site remains audit-ready.
