Client Researcher

We are looking to appoint a fixed term Client Researcher for 37 hours per week. This role is currently offered until 31/3/27, with a possibility of extension to 31/3/28 (awaiting funding decision). Working as part of the Client Researcher team within the Targeted Support Service, you will predominately track and contact young people aged 18 to 21 to establish their current situation and where necessary offer signposting to help them with their plans to move into employment, education or training. The role will involve lots of telephone work and data inputting, which will get repetitive at times, but this is a vital part of the tracking process. A clear and confident telephone manner is absolutely essential. You will need good communication skills, a methodical and organised approach to work and deadlines, along with excellent IT skills. Experience of using databases would be desirable. A flexible approach to working hours is necessary, as some evening work will be required.
