Client Relationship Executive

What You'll Be Doing From day one, you'll be learning how to manage clients and grow accounts, with support from experienced colleagues and clear development pathways.

• Build strong, professional relationships with business clients
• Act as a friendly and reliable point of contact for customers
• Learn how to understand client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions
• Spot opportunities to grow accounts and earn commission
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
• Develop key commercial, communication, and negotiation skills
  
  Are you a recent graduate looking to build a successful commercial career where you'll be trusted with real responsibility, supported with structured training, and rewarded for your performance?, 2:1 degree or above from a recognised university
• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience (part-time, placement, internship, retail, hospitality, or office-based roles all count)
• Confident communicator with a positive, professional attitude
• Motivated, curious, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working towards goals and targets
• Interest in building a long-term career in client relationships or account management
  
  £30,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission - your performance directly impacts your earnings
