Full Job Description
As a Client Pension Associate, you'll become an expert in our pensions service, working closely with experienced pension professionals to ensure our clients receive a seamless and accurate service. This is a hands-on role where you'll help deliver a market-leading pensions offering used by schools, businesses and public sector organisations across the UK.
This role will see you:
Develop a strong understanding of multiple pension schemes, rules and procedures
Process client pension changes and monthly returns accurately and on time
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries
Support continuous improvement and efficiencies across our processes
Build expert knowledge in both pensions and payroll solutions
