marketing processes in the home, ensuring the effective, The Client Liaison Manager at Avery Healthcare will play a crucial role in managing the sales and marketing processes at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home in Beaconsfield. This position involves ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the Sales & Marketing Department, where the goal is to meet and exceed budget targets, fill the home with the agreed client base, and maximise revenue. The role requires someone who can ensure that sales targets and deadlines adhere to brand standards. Key responsibilities include handling sales and marketing inquiries, keeping the potential members' pipeline information up to date, and maintaining contacts with key care influences. The ideal candidate should live by our values of being caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. The individual must have a full UK and clean driving license, and possess negotiation, interpersonal, and workload prioritisation skills, with a background in sales being advantageous.
