ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Client Liaison Manager will be to manage the sales and marketing processes in the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department, meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue., Avery Healthcare is seeking a Client Liaison Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role plays a critical part in supporting our care teams who make a positive impact on residents' lives. The position is dual-site, supporting two care homes in the Bristol area. Responsibilities include managing the sales and marketing processes, ensuring efficient daily operations of the department, and meeting budget targets. Successful applicants will demonstrate our values: caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Ideal candidates will have a full UK driving license, negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and preferably a sales background. The role requires DBS disclosure, with costs covered by Avery.
