Full Job Description

We are looking for a Client Host who delivers the warmth, professionalism and attention to detail typically found in five-star hospitality. Based in a prestigious corporate workplace, you will be responsible for creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring every visitor and colleague experiences a seamless, welcoming environment. This is more than reception - it is a hospitality-led role where service, presentation and attention to detail matter. This Client Host role demands a high level of flexibility, mobility, and responsiveness. It is not a static or desk-based position, but rather one that requires you to be visible, proactive, and consistently present across the operation. Main Duties

  • Deliver warm, professional welcomes to all visitors and colleagues
  • Manage visitor check-ins and ensure smooth arrivals and departures
  • Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces to required layouts
  • Maintain high presentation standards across reception and meeting areas
  • Proactively support the wider workplace and facilities teams

    What we are looking for Experience in customer service, hospitality or corporate reception
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail A proactive "how can I help?" approach to service
  • Confidence using workplace technology (Outlook, Teams etc.)
