Client Experience Coordinator - Riva Solutions - London

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident and professional Client Experience Coordinator to join their growing team.

This is a field-based, customer-facing role where you will attend different locations across London and ensure scheduled appointments run smoothly and professionally.

You will usually be assigned to a location for the day and provided with your schedule, relevant information and instructions in advance.

Your role will involve preparing the location before appointments, welcoming visitors, providing relevant information, answering straightforward questions and making sure each visitor has a positive experience.

You will also remain in contact with the wider team throughout the day, providing updates and reporting any issues when necessary.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident and comfortable meeting new people. You should be reliable, punctual and able to represent our client professionally.

As you will often manage your assigned location independently, you should be comfortable working on your own, following instructions and taking responsibility for keeping appointments running smoothly.

You should also be comfortable travelling to different locations across London depending on where you are required that day.

Previous customer service, hospitality, reception, sales or other customer-facing experience would be beneficial, although it is not essential., This role could be particularly suited to someone who enjoys meeting people, working independently and having variety in their working week.

This position pays a fixed rate of £15.53 per hour. This is not a commission-based role and the hourly rate does not depend on sales or performance.
