Client Executive

We are looking for a Client Executive (12-month FTC) to join Very Media Group. You'll manage a portfolio of clients and brand-led retail media campaigns, supporting activity from initial brief through media planning and campaign ideation to media plan approval. You'll combine excellent client service with effective campaign delivery, helping the team achieve its commercial targets while building your expertise across retail media, client management and campaign performance.What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with The Very Group, supplier brands and internal stakeholders, delivering an exceptional day-to-day client experience.
• Manage retail media campaigns across your portfolio, ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget and against agreed objectives.
• Help create insight-led media plans and creative proposals that deliver effective, brand-led campaigns.
• Develop a strong understanding of VMG's proposition and communicate the value of its solutions confidently to clients.
• Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams to optimise activity where needed.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client partnerships.
• Produce clear post-campaign reporting, turning performance insights into actionable recommendations.
• Work collaboratively across strategy, creative, media and analytics, contributing to a positive and effective team environment.
• Bring ideas that improve ways of working and support wider business initiatives.
  
  Experience in marketing, ideally within retail media, FMCG or an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously.
• Experience delivering integrated marketing or retail media campaigns from briefing through to completion.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence working with campaign data, budgets and reporting; Excel proficiency is desirable.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a commitment to exceptional client service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach for different stakeholders.
• A positive, proactive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop.
• A solution-focused mindset and enthusiasm for challenging convention and embracing new ideas.
