Full Job Description
As our International Client Success Business Director, you'll play a key role in shaping how OpenAI's media strategy is delivered and scaled across international markets-leading partnerships, driving performance, and influencing the future of AI-enabled media. What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact and representing client needs internally and externally
- Oversee integrated, multi-channel media strategies aligned to client goals, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and against performance targets
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, preparing and presenting performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges and market dynamics to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Lead, mentor and support junior team members while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver effective campaigns
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies (including AI), and best practices, sharing relevant insights with clients
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders - Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
- Strong market research and competitive analysis capability
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing client expectations and challenges
- Curiosity and openness around automation, AI and emerging technology

Our standard working hours are 9:30 - 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 - 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that's in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30. We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances.
