Full Job Description

As a Client Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth, retention and development of our Healthplan business. You'll manage a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, working directly with organisations and broker partners to build long-term strategic relationships that deliver exceptional customer outcomes and commercial success.

This is a highly consultative role where you'll take the lead on retention, account expansion and cross-selling opportunities across our range of healthcare solutions. You'll work closely with clients to understand their wellbeing strategies, business objectives and priorities, helping them maximise the value of their healthcare benefits whilst identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services.

You'll collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing and Legal teams to deliver a seamless client experience, while also acting as a trusted advisor by sharing market insights, healthcare trends and industry expertise. Alongside building strong client partnerships, you'll contribute to Simplyhealth's ambition of improving access to affordable healthcare across the UK.
