Client Care Team Member

We have an exciting opportunity to join our wonderful team and Anderson Moores Veterinary Specialists. The role of a Client Care Team Member requires a forward-thinking, articulate and organised individual who works well under pressure. Duties include:

• Meeting and greeting clients in a professional, yet sensitive manner
• Answering the telephone, dealing with queries, transferring calls, and taking messages where applicable
• Liaising with referring vets and accurately recording details
• Updating in-house notes system clearly and accurately
• Coordinating appointments with the animals owners
• Discussing finances and pet Insurance details
• Taking card and cash payments
• Accurately carrying out departmental filing
• Building good working relationships with colleagues at all levels
• Assisting with any other ad hoc duties when requested
Working 40 hours per week, the role involves shift working, with a combination of early and late shifts, on a fixed two-week rota. Occasional weekend and Bank Holiday cover is also required.

• Be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
Previous customer service experience is essential. Reception experience is desirable; however not essential as full training will be given.

We are in a serene countryside setting with state-of-the-art facilities and are available to look after pets 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
