  • Deliver exceptional client service and support patient care
  • Act as a key link between clients and the clinical team
  • Build strong relationships with clients, pets, and colleagues
  • Manage bookings, payments, and general enquiries confidently
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice using our systems

    Are you a dedicated Client Care Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity in a brand-new practice? We opened our state-of-the-art clinic in March 2025 and are looking for a passionate individual to join us on our journey.
    • About Us Our modern, purpose-built surgery is located within one of our stores and has been designed to deliver both the highest clinical standards and a positive, supportive working environment. Equipped with excellent facilities, our practice is driven by a friendly and committed team focused on providing outstanding care to our clients and their pets.

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays (rota basis)
  • No out-of-hours required
    • To support work-life balance, the week following your weekend shift includes an early finish at 4pm on Monday and 3pm for the remainder of the week.,
  • Salary up to 26,000 (dependent on experience, full-time equivalent)
