We are looking for a polished, commercially driven Sales Associate with a genuine passion for luxury retail and exceptional client service. Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive clienteling and CRM.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Develop expert product knowledge and confidently communicate the brand's craftsmanship and collections.
Maximise sales through cross-selling and styling recommendations.
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.
Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and day-to-day boutique operations.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an outstanding customer journey.

Previous experience within luxury fashion retail is essential.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with VIP and international clientele.
Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering world-class service.
Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail.
Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods.
Additional languages are highly desirable.
