Client Advisor

+ Proactively welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. + Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding their needs, and anticipating their desires. + Master product knowledge across all categories (leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, etc.) to confidently present and explain features, benefits, and brand heritage. + Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively cross-selling and up-selling. + Maintain a pristine and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are beautifully presented.

• Client Relationship Management (CRM):
+ Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history. + Proactively follow up with clients through various channels (phone, email, in-store appointments) to nurture relationships and drive repeat business. + Host and participate in client events, developing a strong network of loyal clients.
• Brand Ambassador:
+ Embody the Louis Vuitton brand image through impeccable presentation, professionalism, and passion for luxury. + Maintain an in-depth understanding of current fashion trends, luxury market insights, and competitor activities. + Act as a role model for new team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Operational Excellence:
+ Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, inventory management, and security. + Process transactions accurately and efficiently. + Assist with inventory receiving, transfers, and stock management as needed.

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (2+ years preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• A genuine passion for luxury fashion, art, and culture.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
