Full Job Description

1. Sales & Client Experience

1. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets, implementing actions to enhance performance.

1. Master the selling ceremony of the House, providing tailored and creative styling advice.

1. Maintain a strong awareness of fashion trends and competitors to offer insightful recommendations.

1. Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized clienteling.

1. Manage a client book and Boutique CRM, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-ups.

2. Operational Excellence

1. Support the boutique's daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.

1. Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to boutique procedures.

3. Team Collaboration & Boutique Support

1. Work closely with the Store Manager to enhance team performance and boutique success.

1. Assist in product training, coaching, and briefings to elevate team expertise.

1. Ensure the boutique operates efficiently by contributing to team organization, including scheduling and task delegation.

1. Lead by example, fostering a positive and motivating environment for both clients and colleagues.

4. Brand Representation & Client Engagement

1. Embody the brand's values and identity, offering an exceptional luxury experience.

1. Develop strong client relationships

1. Promote the brand through a proactive approach to networking and community engagement.

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is eager to contribute to the success of the brand in a prestigious retail location.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail with a strong track record in sales.
2. Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and client engagement.
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive results.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build client relationships.
5. A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach.
6. Ability to balance operational responsibilities with a client-centric focus.
7. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (such as Mandarin or Arabic) are a plus.
