Clerk of the Works

The Clerk of the Works is responsible for monitoring and inspecting construction works on site to help ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with contract requirements, approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, health and safety expectations, and relevant legislation. The role acts as an independent site-based quality representative, supporting successful project delivery across Skanska Integrated Solutions projects.

• 5+ years of experience in a Clerk of the Works, Site Inspector, Site Manager or similar construction quality role.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
