Full Job Description

For details on eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa, please follow this link to thegov.ukwebsite Skilled Worker visa: Overview -GOV.UK(www.gov.uk) The post holder will work as a member of the Clinical Haematology team providing administrative and clerical support to both the medical secretaries and the clinical team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the service within Complex Care.
- To support the departmental management team in delivering high quality administrative and clerical services to patients and services
- To undertake receptionist duties including management of LE2.2 outpatients attendances, booking of follow-up appointments, ambulances and procedures in line with the department
- Assist the medical secretaries with filing correspondence and investigation results, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Update LE2.2 tracking system to show location and current status of case notes in relation to document management.
- Request and search for case notes
- Booking of interpreters for outpatient/inpatient clinic appointments
- Preparations for daily clinic as required
