Full Job Description

In this role, you may be based in reception, providing a warm and professional welcome in our busy inpatient or outpatient areas, or in an administrative position delivering high-quality clerical support to the care group. Whichever area you work in, you will play a vital part in ensuring patient information is accurate, complete, and up to date by recording, amending, and inputting data into the Trust's administration systems. Various shift patterns are available, including both in-hours and out-of-hours work, offering flexibility to suit different lifestyles. Your contribution will be key to maintaining the smooth flow of information that supports excellent patient care.

Exciting opportunities have arisen to join our Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Neonatology Care Group. We are seeking enthusiastic, professional Administrative & Clerical Officers to provide essential administrative support within our busy, friendly services.

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills who are methodical, flexible, and uphold our Trust's PROUD values. A good understanding of patient confidentiality is essential, along with effective computer skills, and experience with hospital systems would be desirable. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are vital. Above all, you will be a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting.

Joining our team means being part of a caring and committed group of professionals, working in a dynamic environment where your skills directly support patients and colleagues. Whether you join us full-time or part-time, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within our Trust while contributing to the delivery of exceptional care.

You will be working for an organisation which values and respects all of its staff and the community it serves. The Trust is a leader in the NHS and research sectors and provides excellent benefits for its staff. This includes commitments to professional development but also many policies to support employees in balancing their personal and professional lives.
