Clerical Officer

Orthopaedic Outpatients are looking to recruit a full time Admin Clerical Officers. Whether you are great at customer service and enjoy welcoming and helping people, love delving into detail to see a task through independently or thrive off working in a team to help deliver projects and services.

Our administration staff are the engine that keep our hospitals and services running smoothly and provide excellent business support to our staff and patients. If you're passionate about making a difference, have solid IT and organisational skills and an eye for detail, one of our admin roles could be the job for you.

Full time opportunity is available for a permanent Vacancy. You will be based within Trauma and Orthopaedics Outpatients at the Northern General Hospital and cross cover over at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.

The post will be Working Monday to Friday for 37.5 Hours Per Week between the hours of 8:30-17:00 as a Receptionist/Clerical Officer., To provide a professional back office and front of house service as the first point of contact for all patients and visitors. Always maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a high level of customer service is experienced by all personnel.
