An exciting opportunity has arisen for a reliable, motivated and flexible individual to join Community Services and become part of our Administration Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to Community Clinical Teams working across Urgent Treatment Centres, Resource Centres and Reception Desks throughout Newcastle. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team of administration staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services by supporting clinicians, patients and visitors. Duties will include reception cover, appointment management, telephone enquiries, and general administrative support. Working Hours - This post is for 26 hours per week. Administration and Clerical staff within the service work on a rota basis between 8.00am and 10.00pm, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Actual working hours and shift patterns for this post will be discussed at interview.
