Experienced in cleaning and ready to supervise a team? Join Claires Court and help maintain high standards across its Maidenhead schools.,
- Supervise and support the cleaning team
- Allocate work and monitor cleaning standards
- Work hands on alongside the team
- Train and induct new staff
- Manage cleaning stock, materials and equipment
- Ensure COSHH, PPE and health and safety procedures are followed
- Complete relevant checks and basic administration
- Report faults, hazards and maintenance issues
- Work closely with school and site teams
We're looking for someone who is: - An experienced cleaner
- Confident supervising a team
- Reliable and well organised
- Comfortable maintaining high standards
- Happy to work hands on
- Safety conscious
- Familiar with cleaning products, equipment and COSHH
- A clear and supportive communicator
