Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Cullompton
Pay Rate: £14.57 Per Hour
Hours: 16:30 – 03:30, Monday – Thursday

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our client in Cullompton. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established and growing business.

The Role:

• Supervising and supporting a team of cleaners across the site
  
  
• Ensuring production areas, offices and communal spaces are cleaned to a high standard
  
  
• Allocating cleaning duties and ensuring tasks are completed effectively
  
  
• Carrying out regular checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  
  
• Sweeping, mopping and sanitising work areas
  
  
• Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of safely
  
  
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies where required
  
  
• Ensuring cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained
  
  
• Supporting the team with cleaning duties when required
  
  
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
  
  
• Reporting any issues or maintenance requirements to the appropriate person
  
  

The Candidate:

• Previous cleaning experience is essential, ideally with some supervisory or team-leading experience
  
  
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  
  
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
  
  
• Confident supervising and supporting a small team
  
  
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
  
• Good communication skills
  
  
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
