Kindred are looking for a hardworking and reliable cleaning supervisor to be based in an educational building located in Barnet, North West London.,
- Conduct thorough inspections, ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations and our rigorous quality standards.
- Efficiently manage stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies, optimising resources.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules, allocating tasks to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
Previous cleaning or supervising experience. - Must be able to commit to working hours as these hours are fixed.
- Can reliably commute to the site location.
- Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
- Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
- An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement., Able to fulfil the fixed shift patterns of the role.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
- Experience in managing stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies. Desired criteria
- Experience within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., COSHH).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
- Relevant certifications in cleaning or facilities management.
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor.
