Cleaning Supervisor

We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. Contract: Permanent Type of Employment: Full Time Hours: 40 hours per week Rate of pay: £14.20 per hour Shift pattern: 4x Early Shifts / 2x Days Off / 4x Late Shifts / 2x Days Off Location: Trinity Leeds, Albion Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, LS1 5AT Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a large team, documenting attendance records & investigations
• Manage Rotas to cover Holidays & Sickness
• Delivering Risk Assessments & COSHH Training
• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
What we're looking for:
• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning Supervisor experience is essential
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
• Driving Licence is preferred but not essential
