Cleaning Supervisor

Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor Rate of Pay: £15.00 Per Hour Contract: Permanent Type of Employment: Full Time Hours: 40 Hours Per Week Location: BAE Systems, Victory Point, Lyon Way, Frimley, Camberley, Surrey, England, GU16 7EX We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to work on site at our BAE Frimley Victory Point site who will maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning. You will be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning. You will ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required. You will deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude and they will be able to work to a schedule on their own initiative. The candidate will also require good working and understanding IT skills due to the applications that are used on site for the cleaning schedules and works.

• Good understanding of Health and Safety
• Work to Mitie codes of conduct
• Understand the requirements of COSHH
• Be responsible for the management of the Merlin and Tork applications used on site
• Flexible with hours worked if required to cover sickness and annual leave
