As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be working within the Workplace Solutions Team, supporting them in the supervison and delivery of our cleaning contract in Marriott House, Rushden. Your day to day will include:

• Ensure general and periodic cleaning tasks are carried out to the standards required in accordance with the specifications, method statements, service level agreements and key performance indicators
• Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with relevant Health & Safety Regulations
• Maintain appropriate records, manual and computerised, for all cleaning works
• Produce daily and periodic cleaning schedules for cleaning staff
• Manage annual leave requests and sickness absence
• Report any accidents, incidents, building defect, bad practice or health & safety issues
