Role We are looking to recruit an experienced Hygiene Manager / Cleaning & Sanitation Manager to be based at our Kitt Green site in Wigan. To be successful in this role you must have experience working in either the Food industry. Key Components of the role · Responsible for leading the implementation
of Heinz Sanitation Programme throughout the Manufacturing Plant. · Management of the Technical liaison between Factory, Headquarters, Chemical Supplier and any Third Party Sanitation Provider.· Drive improvements to improve compliance to Heinz Quality Management System & Heinz Sanitation Programme within the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS).· Provide Leadership and training for Production personnel to complete production line and facility sanitation as required by Master Sanitation Schedule, Daily Sanitation Schedule, Sanitation Operator Work Instructions, Production Schedules and Maintenance Schedules.· Ensure efficient use of labour, chemicals, tools and equipment to ensure cleaning meets the requirements of the Heinz Sanitation Programme.· Ensure compliance to Food Safety and Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Safety Programmes.· Ensure Continuous Improvement for the Sanitation Programme at factory level.· Identify and introduce new technology/ methodology/ process
