Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments, including offices, communal areas, and restrooms. Your primary duties will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors, as well as sanitizing surfaces and ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-presented. You will also be tasked with the proper disposal of waste and the replenishment of cleaning supplies as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. You should be capable of working independently and efficiently, managing your time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified time frames. A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are essential, along with a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment for all. Flexibility in working hours may be required, including evenings and weekends.
