Location: Kingston, KT1 2BASalary: £40,000 per annum plus free gym and parking onsiteContract: 40 hours per week, Monday to FridayWe are seeking an experienced and driven Cleaning Manager to lead the cleaning operation for a global FMCG
client at their brand-new,
state-of-the-art campus in Kingston. This is an exciting opportunity to
play a key role in shaping high standards from day one within a prestigious
corporate environment.The RoleAs Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day
management of the cleaning team, ensuring the delivery of a
high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective cleaning service in line with the
client contract, legislative requirements, and agreed specifications. You will
work closely with both the client and internal stakeholders to continuously
improve service delivery and the overall customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver the cleaning service in line with the client contract, service scope, and KPIsManage and develop cleaning supervisors and operatives, including recruitment, induction, training, and appraisalsEnsure full compliance withHealth, Safety, Environmental, and company policies and proceduresControl labour, materials, consumables, and subcontractor costs within budgetManage payroll inputs, staff absences, and sickness in line with HR proceduresOversee ordering, distribution, and stock control of cleaning materials and consumablesCarry out regular cleaning audits and quality assurance checksPrepare reports and attend client and team meetings as requiredProactively drive operational efficiencies and introduce innovationActively demonstrate and embed company values within the cleaning teamWhat Success Looks LikeCleaning standards consistently meet or exceed contract requirementsStrong audit results and positive
