Cleaning Manager Wanted - Full Time (40 Hours)
We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Cleaning Manager to join our team in a busy factory environment.
Role Overview:
Managing and leading a team of cleaners
Ensuring high cleaning standards across the site
Stepping in and supporting the team when needed
Maintaining schedules, rotas, and quality checks
Previous cleaning or facilities management experience
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A proactive, hands-on approach
Ability to work flexible days including weekends
