Cleaning & Catering Supervisor

As a Cleaning & Catering Supervisor at Sodexo, you'll play an important part in delivering high standards across both cleaning and catering services at our Pentland Brands site in Washington. You'll support the day-to-day running of the operation, helping ensure the site is clean, welcoming and well organised while providing a professional service to our client and everyone working on site. This is a hands-on supervisory role, so you'll be comfortable supporting the team while also taking responsibility for maintaining standards and making sure daily tasks are completed effectively. What you'll do

• Support and supervise day-to-day cleaning and catering activities.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food service are maintained.
• Help organise workloads and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Provide a professional and helpful service to the client and site employees.
• Support the team and provide guidance when required.
• Follow food safety, health and safety and site procedures.
• Complete basic computer-based tasks and records as required.
• Help maintain a positive, organised and safe working environment.
  
  Previous cleaning and catering experience.
• Experience working in a supervisory or responsible role.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and confidence using workplace systems.
• A practical, organised approach to your work.
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
