Cleaners - Abbey Hill Academy (Horizons Specialist Academy Trust)

As a Cleaner at Abbey Hill Academy, you will help ensure our school remains clean, hygienic and welcoming. Duties will include cleaning classrooms, washrooms, kitchens and other areas around the academy.

Previous cleaning experience, particularly in a school setting, would be an advantage but is not essential. Full training can be provided, so this could be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a supportive team.

Abbey Hill Academy is a large welcoming specialist academy comprising of three main buildings, supporting secondary and post-16 students with special educational needs. Our cleaning team plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for our students, staff and visitors. We have a range of opportunities available to suit different working patterns
• 10 hours per week - 7.00 am-9.00 am (Actual Salary £6,042)
• 12.5 hours per week - 3.15 pm to 5.45 pm (Actual Salary £7,552)
• 22.5 hours per week - Split shift 7.00am - 9.00am and 3.15pm - 5.45pm(Actual salary £13,594)
