Full Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Builders and Sparkle Cleaner with a Supervisory CSCS to support a large new-build project in the Newport Pagnell (MK16) area., You will be responsible for carrying out a range of construction cleaning duties while also supporting on-site supervision to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This includes coordinating daily activities, maintaining quality control, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed., Full builders cleans
Sparkle and final cleans to presentation standard
Supervising and guiding cleaning staff on-site
Ensuring work is completed in line with project deadlines and quality expectations
Monitoring health and safety compliance across cleaning activities
External window cleaning and de-taping (MEWP/Scaffolding access provided)
Cleaning of stairwells, corridors, lounges, and shared facilities
Previous experience in builders, sparkle, or final cleans
Supervisory CSCS card
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Ability to lead a team and work independently when required
Punctual, dependable, and organised
PPE provided (safety boots, hi-vis, gloves, etc.)
