Novo Gyms is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused Cleaners to help maintain the high standards our members expect. Cleanliness is a key part of the Novo Gyms experience. From the gym floor to the changing rooms and recovery areas, our cleaning team plays an essential role in creating a safe, welcoming, and premium environment for every member. You'll play a key role in maintaining the premium feel of the club and ensuring every member walks into a clean, safe, and professional training environment. • Cleaning gym equipment, studios, changing rooms, toilets, showers, and communal areas.
• Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the facility.
• Ensuring members always experience a clean, safe, and presentable gym.
• Restocking supplies where needed.
• Following cleaning schedules and daily checklists.
• Reporting maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues to management.
• Supporting the wider team in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
• Taking pride in presenting the club to the highest possible standard.
• Helping maintain the premium look, feel, and cleanliness of the club throughout the day.
  
  Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends where required.

  Salary of £28,000 per annum.
