• Responsible for managing the evening cleaning operation across the site, ensuring all areas (classrooms, meeting rooms, reception, games room, canteen, and toilets) are cleaned to a high standard
• Maintain compliance with all statutory, company hygiene, health, and safety regulations, taking action where required
• Ensure security and proper storage of cleaning materials and stock, including rotation and safe usage
• Carry out regular cleaning audits, support staff training needs, and liaise with the cleaning team and management to maintain standards
• Monitor equipment condition, report faults, ensure safe working order, and respond to customer feedback or reasonable requests from the supervisor
  
  Previous experience in cleaning and working as part of a team
• Strong ability to improve individual and team performance through leadership, motivation, coaching, and training
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, clients, and customers at all levels
