The Trustees are looking to recruit to the post of
Cleaning Operative
New Bridge College, Oldham Town Centre
NJC point 3 - £24,796 (full time/ full year salary)
Actual Salary pro rata: £6,764 per annum
10 hrs per week / Full Year (7am-9am)
Monday to Friday
Commencing as soon as possible
Part of the New Bridge Multi Academy Trust, New Bridge College provides a learning space and hub for Key Stage 4 & 5 pupils from our years 11 and 12 pathway population, based at a campus in the centre of Oldham.
We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and efficient cleaner based at the College town centre site. The role involves general cleaning duties such as wiping down tables and surfaces, cleaning floors and toilets and using standard cleaning equipment such as mops and a vacuum cleaner. The successful candidate will be a member of a small team of cleaning staff and will need to be available to assist with a deeper clean of the site during the school holidays.
Previous experience is not essential although full training will be given. The successful candidate will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good hygiene standards. Key elements for any candidate are excellent attendance and reliability.
