Cleaner

Join Sodexo as a Cleaner at our site in Aylesbury, where you'll be part of a professional team helping to maintain clean, safe and welcoming facilities for military personnel. In this role, you'll be responsible for cleaning a range of areas, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard. This will include cleaning floors, surfaces, toilets and other facilities, as well as following cleaning schedules and safe working practices. You'll work as part of a supportive team, helping to ensure the site is clean, tidy and ready for use each day. Whether you already have experience in cleaning or you're looking to develop your skills within a large organisation, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all assigned areas, following cleaning schedules and completing tasks within the required timeframe.
• Use cleaning equipment, materials and supplies safely and correctly, while taking care of all resources.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, wear the required uniform and PPE, and keep work areas clean and tidy.
• Build positive relationships with customers, clients and colleagues, communicating effectively and attending team meetings and briefings as required.
• Report any accidents, near misses or faulty equipment promptly, complete required training and carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by management.
  
  Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to carry out manual handling duties as required.
• Willingness to follow cleaning procedures, instructions and safe working practices.
