Cleaner

Cleaning Operative to join our team and provide high-quality cleaning services across Tidworth Garrison 2 site. You will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our customers, colleagues and client. You will be expected to consistently meet the required cleaning standards and work effectively as part of a wider team. What You'll Do:

• Maintain all areas of responsibility to the required standard of cleanliness within the agreed timescales.
• Follow cleaning schedules, procedures and service standards at all times.
• Provide cleaning support across the site, using appropriate cleaning equipment, materials and supplies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers and colleagues.
• Follow all Sodexo company policies and procedures, as well as client site rules and regulations.
• Attend team briefings, huddles and meetings as required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear the appropriate uniform and PPE.
• Take care of cleaning equipment, materials and other resources.
• Report accidents, near misses, faulty equipment or other issues promptly to management.
• Communicate effectively with your line manager, colleagues, customers and the client.
• Complete all required training and continue to develop your skills and knowledge.
• Attend performance and development reviews as required.
• Carry out other reasonable duties and instructions as directed by management.
